Job Description
Higher or secondary technical education (IT, Computer Engineering, or related fields);
Knowledge of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, NAT, VLAN, etc.);
Basic understanding of the following technologies:
Cisco, MikroTik, Ubiquiti equipment;
Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems;
Initial experience in network configuration and troubleshooting in operating systems;
Ability to work with IT equipment (router, switch, modem, access point, etc.);
Ability to work in a team and solve problems;
Ability to work with technical documents and prepare reports;
Fluent in Azerbaijani, technical level of English is desirable;
Possession of CCNA or similar international certificates is an advantage (but not required);
Responsibilities
Ensure uninterrupted operation of the local network within the company;
Diagnose malfunctions and provide initial technical support;
Connect new users to the network and perform configuration tasks;
Monitor and manage network equipment; Cisco, MikroTik, Ubiquiti equipment;
Prepare technical documents and maintain records;
Participate in other projects together with the IT team.
