Job Description

  • Higher or secondary technical education (IT, Computer Engineering, or related fields);
  • Knowledge of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, NAT, VLAN, etc.);
  • Basic understanding of the following technologies:
  • Cisco, MikroTik, Ubiquiti equipment;
  • Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems;
  • Initial experience in network configuration and troubleshooting in operating systems;
  • Ability to work with IT equipment (router, switch, modem, access point, etc.);
  • Ability to work in a team and solve problems;
  • Ability to work with technical documents and prepare reports;
  • Fluent in Azerbaijani, technical level of English is desirable;
  • Possession of CCNA or similar international certificates is an advantage (but not required);

Responsibilities

  • Ensure uninterrupted operation of the local network within the company;
  • Diagnose malfunctions and provide initial technical support;
  • Connect new users to the network and perform configuration tasks;
  • Monitor and manage network equipment; Cisco, MikroTik, Ubiquiti equipment;
  • Prepare technical documents and maintain records;
  • Participate in other projects together with the IT team.
